This week, our kids have been sick. With a trip to the ER and a DR visit, multiple prescriptions, and a lot of laundry later, we are almost out of the woods. But the week has reminded me of why I love working a home based business. There are so many perks to being your own boss that I thought I would remind you of why you should want to work from home.
There are many advantages to working a home based business. I thought I would share my favorites.

- You don’t have to worry about how much sick time you have in the bank.
- You don’t have to worry about missing a deadline from work.
- You don’t have to worry about facing a mad boss when you return.
- You don’t have to worry about planning your vacation around your co-workers.
- You don’t have to worry about asking off for school lunches or field trips.
I love working from home when I can. The idea that I shouldn’t have to worry about whether to call in sick to take care of my kids or stay home and not feel guilty reminds me why I do my best to make sure that working from home is all I have to do.
